Our team operates on a Lead – Mentor – Mentee structure, fostering rapid growth through a systematic development culture and mentoring framework.
The Lead Developer role is pivotal in guiding multiple projects end-to-end, providing architectural design, risk management, and mentorship to ensure smooth execution and continuous growth for the team.
Position Overview
The Lead Developer will serve as a core leadership role within the team, focusing less on direct hands-on coding and more on architecture design, SRS documentation, code best practices, and risk management. This role also sets the direction for Mentors and Mentees, ensuring projects are delivered with technical excellence and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Oversee and lead multiple projects concurrently

Establish development plans per project

Conduct architectural design and SRS reviews

Draft and review technical documents (ERD, API Specs, Architecture Diagrams, UML)

Risk Management

Identify potential risks using structured checklists

Establish and monitor risk management strategies

Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with selected team members

Provide technical and structural guidance across projects
Requirements
•
5+ years of software development experience or equivalent capability
•
Hands-on experience in Fullstack development with Node.js + React (Python + React experience is a plus)
•
Broad understanding of both frontend and backend domains
•
Proven experience in architecture design, system design, and code baseline setup
•
Strong skills in risk management and documentation (SRS, Risk Checklist, etc.)
